Overview - terms of cooperation and requirements

Marketplace fees

  • Commissions ranging from 3% to 15%
  • Monthly access fee - €39 one market or €69 for all 4 markets

Refunds & Returns

  • Sellers’ responsibility to process events on time
  • ~14 days return period for buyers
  • 2 days notice period after confirmation of refund
  • Marketplace grants refunds on seller’s behalf

Required documents

  • Official extract from local trade register including company details, legal representatives, ultimate beneficiary owners. Duly signed, not older than 2 months
  • KYC questionnaire
  • Standardized seller agreements

Payment terms

Twice per month:

  • 5th day of next month for all orders processed between 1st – 15th day of current month
  • 20 day of next month for all orders processed between 16th – 30th day of current month
