About accessibility
Accessibility Testing (A11y) is a field of knowledge that studies the accessibility of websites, mobile applications and software for people with disabilities.
The point is that the content on the site should be accessible to all, despite any restrictions:

Accessibility levels by WCAG:
* Minimal (A) - includes 30 basic success criteria;
* Middle (AA) - includes 20 new points
of the standard, as well as 30 points of level A;

Importance of titles
The title of the page describes the topic or purpose.
The user understands that a new slide has opened and understands what topic will be revealed.
If a new page has opened, and the screen reader does not announce anything, the user does not understand if a new page has been opened.

In a nutshell:
It is impossible to know for sure that the end user of a presentation does not have any disability.
This presentation does not include all of the items that should be accessible.
All UI elements should also be contrast.
Videos must have subtitles / text alternative/ transcription.
NOTE: some people are sensitive to flashes, shiny elements. It can cause an epileptic seizure. If you can`t avoid such elements in the presentation, you must warn people before the slide.
Each of us can make our presentation accessible and understandable to a wide range of people. It's not difficult, it doesn't take much time. But this is how we show our respect and attention to people with different needs.
