SCP

Exam tests candidate’s knowledge of HR Strategy, organizational performance, and global HR Management

  • Senior HR professionals
  • 6 or more years of experience in strategic-level positions
  • Professionals who have held the CP credential for at least three years and are working in, or are transitioning to a strategic role (lead HR Strategies/develop policies)

CP

Exam tests a candidates knowledge of HR competencies like hiring, training, and employee relations.

  • HR Professionals with 3-5 years of experience in operational/tactical roles (implement policies, HR point of contact for staff)
