From Email Address

DMARC Policy Check - Phase 1

2 of 18

Outline

Let’s talk about...

3 of 18

QuestionPro does not check for the DMARC policy of the from email address added by the user. Due to this missing check, the users are able to send out emails with failed DMARC policy. Resulting in an increased rate of bounced emails.

Problem statement

4 of 18

QuestionPro will add a mandatory DMARC policy check for the custom from email address. This check will notify the user whether the DMARC policy is passing or not. If the DMARC policy of the from email address fails, the user will still be able to send out the emails but it may affect the email delivery. To authenticate the from email address th user will have to connect with the account rep to setup the SPF & DKIM key on their DNS.
