Project Identification Subcommittee Role:

• Familiar with content published in December – Eastern Sierra regions economic, environmental & public health baseline data to support decision making
• Help SBC team identify strategies that will support project identification

• Establish formal criteria for vetting projects based on the CA Jobs First (CERF) funding guidelines
• Expected next week 2/20 - 21

​

• Work with SBC team to categorize projects based on Catalyst, Implementation, and “Other.” Then prioritize buckets within the funding categories that align with the strategic plan and make recommendations to the HRTC Council
• Project tracker tool development
