Introduction

Credit Transfer System (CTS) is an international mobility program that offered for MCS Undip students.

The grades and credits gained through the program would be transferred and counted as credit toward the degree.

Requirements

Students in their second semester and onwards

Have shown a good academic result in the previous semesters

Fulfilled all requirements to do CTS (financial, language, administration requirements both in host and home university)

Schemes of CTS

2. Independent Arrangement:

Student apply to the university they want to do CTS (can be outside partner universities)

Students take care of all admission requirements and communication with host university

All paperwork that are needed from the faculty/study program will be provided by the campus

1. Through IO FISIP facilitation:

The opportunity for CTS is opened by IO FISIP

Students applied based on the procedures set by the IO

Financial Schemes of CTS

  1. CTS is a self-financed program, and students are required to fulfill all financial obligations of the program (not to expect scholarship)
  2. The financial obligations include: Tuition fee

Living allowance (accommodation, meals, transportation, communication, etc.)

Airfare tickets (to and from host university destination)

Visa fee and health insurance

3. Exception to the self-financing can be applied to:

CTS done in partner universities that waived tuition fee for some limited number slots for students

CTS done in partner university that provided discounted (up to 50%) tuition fee for limited number slots for students

Some notes on financial matters

If students do CTS in partner universities with waived tuition, students have to pay their Undip tuition in the same semester.

If students paid tuition on CTS program, Undip can waived the Undip tuition for the next semester after the CTS.

This waiving scheme have to be proposed through IO FISIP and subject to approval from Undip.

Procedures for doing CTS

  1. Students find and determine where they want to do CTS

  • Students apply to the host university (independently, or through IO FISIP facilitation).

  • Students report to IO and the Study Program if they have obtained an LoA

  • Students propose list of courses for conversion based on the course offering in host university and course list in Undip (home university)

  • Students propose Learning Agreement to IO FISIP after the list of courses for conversion is approved

Procedures for doing CTS

  1. Students inform the departure and arrival time as well as the starting and the ending of the semester at the host university to the Study program

  • Students conducted their CTS Semester

  • Students arrive in Indonesia after CTS and report the ending of program and submit the CTS Certificate and Transcript to the Study Program
  • Faculty will issued SK of CTS and conversion and the grades will be entered to SIAP 10.CTS is done, and students can propose the CTS Certificate as part of Diploma

Supplement (SKPI) in their graduation.
