Goal: I will research lifting techniques and diets for 15-18-year-old males in order to create a digital, one-month workout and eating guide. This is to help build muscle while getting rid of some body fat.

Goal: I will research and study the inclusion programs and laws through our state and country in order to understand the needs of these communities. I will then orchestrate the inclusion campaign while also working with ISL teachers to continue to include ISL students in our community.
