PROJECT GURUKULAM

Gurukulam is an initiative aimed at establishing a structured mentor-mentee system to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, skills, and experiences from senior students to juniors. The project fosters peer learning, leadership development, and a collaborative learning environment, ensuring that valuable insights are passed on for the continuous growth of the student community.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:��

  • Knowledge Transfer:�Encourage the sharing of academic, extracurricular, and life skills knowledge from senior to junior students.�Leadership Development:�Provide seniors with leadership and mentorship opportunities to enhance their interpersonal and guidance skills.�Peer Support Network:�Build a supportive community where students can rely on each other for guidance and advice.�Sustainability:�Implement a phased system ensuring the continuity of knowledge transfer across generations of students.

PHASE 1: INITIATION & AWARENESS

  • Initial Mentor-Mentee Pairing
    • Match mentors and mentees based on interests and expertise
    • Ice-breaker activities to build rapport
