What to Know Before You Begin:

  • Applications will be accepted and evaluated on a rolling basis.
    • Last day to submit an application is Friday, November 3, 2023;
  • Districts can fund up to three projects per fiscal year
    • One project must be CCGI;
    • Curriculum work has to be within Business, Computing, or Engineering sectors, or substantially connected to one of these pathways;
    • “Pathway” work does not have to be in CTE.
  • Districts must agree to sign an MOU with CCGI no later than December 31, 2023.

What to Know Before You Begin:

  • Funding is based on the size of the District;
    • Three funding groups - $60K, $100K, $190K per year
  • Cannot fund:
    • Food/drink
    • Indirect Costs
  • There is no matching funds requirement.
    • K16 Collaborative grant funds can be used as a match for related projects when applying for CTEIG and/or K12 Strong Workforce funding.
  • LEAs will invoice the K16 Collaborative for expenditures for an approved work plan and will receive reimbursement (as opposed to a lump sum of grant funds);
    • Reimbursements will occur twice a year.
  • Student baseline data request is still out! �Please provide at your earliest convenience (make sure to include your list of courses, as well as how your WBL is collected). Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions!

  • Bi-annual Student Data Reports
    • Due in February and August �(Different components needed at different times)

  • Bi-annual Budget and Expenditure Reports
    • Due in February and August

  • Quarterly Narrative Reporting
    • Due February, May, August, November
