For Hiring service professionals:
We are going to recruit 5 people to achieve our goal of adding 500 service professionals on our platform.
For adding every service professional on our platform we are going to give Rs.60
This will cost us Rs.30k .
For advertisement:
We are planning to do all of our advertisements digitally to gain customers via Google ads ,Social Media .
For Google Ads it costs Rs 15-20 per download. Our target is
to gain at least 5k - 6k customers within 3 months .
So it will cost us 20 x 6000 = Rs 120000
For Social media advertisement it costs around Rs.300/day and our goal of doing this is to create a social presence .
So , doing this for 3 months will cost us Rs.30k(GST Included)
So total it will cost us Rs.150k for advertisements.
For training and building core team:
We will have to recruit members for designing , development and people who can work at community level .
We will have to make sure that they are trained properly .
So it will cost us at least Rs 35k .
Note:- we will try to recruit most of the students from our college.
For technology:
We will have to get the :
1) Number masking service as soon as we start our advertisements to our customers because we cannot show the phone numbers of our service professional
to our customers and vice versa.
So this will cost us around Rs 5k - 6k every month for 3 months ,So a total of Rs.20k.
2) We're currently using a free plan of firebase database but soon as we gain customers we will have to shift towards paid version to manage our data.
This will cost around Rs.30k
