Etnografija "za svaki dan":
multimodalni pristup europskom režimu migracija

PUBLICATIONS
Bojan Mucko's book Etnografija "za svaki dan": multimodalni pristup europskom režimu migracija (Ethnography “for Every Day” – A Multimodal Approach to the European Migration Regime) offers an ethnographic reflection on the irregularized everyday life of the contemporary European migration regime, characterized by the normalization of violence, the criminalization of people on the move and pro-migrant solidarity, as well as the complex volunteer-researcher positioning within the academic and migration regime. The analysis is based on an autoethnographic perspective of everyday interactions between volunteers and people on the move, and on the author's audiovisual works created in various contexts during the research process.

Ruine i game – prilog etnografiji iregulariziranih migracija

PUBLICATIONS
In December 2025, a scholarly-artistic book related to irregularized migrations was published. In addition to a Foreword (Škokić), it presents photographs taken during ethnographic research in Bihać and the surrounding area (2020–2022), in Zagreb in 2022, and in Italy in 2024 (Mucko), as well as photographs documenting migrant journeys and everyday life in 2021 and 2024 (Wali Hassan). The photographic focus is on abandoned spaces – ruins as temporary shelters for migrants, as well as locations, people, and objects connected to the concept of "the game," that is, the preparation and attempts at irregularized border crossings.
