Practices are Monday-Thursday 3:30-5:00pm pm on NCA schooldays.
Return times are estimates. Please be flexible and early.
Pickups that are 5 minutes later than pickup time will result in $1.25/minute.
Student-athletes are required to have 7 practices to participate in the first game.
There may be changes to the schedule. Please check often.
