INSIGHTS
There is a lack of clear, defined recycling instructions that causes customers to hesitate and throw items in the trash.
Most people are aware of the bring your own mug discount, but it is too much of a hassle or they usually forget their mug.
Users use disposable items because they feel little incentive to use BYOM/in-house and want the flexibility to leave
How can we motivate and engage customers to participate more in bring your own mug and in-house mug options?
Results
“… The card that fits in my wallet is so much easier than the sleeve, I would definitely have lost the sleeve or forgotten to use it”
“… I would absolutely use this, and I would use it with in house mugs. It also did make me bring my own mug … “
“I feel like a sleeve has no purpose since you can't put it on your own tumbler or an in-house mug. So then it's just awkward to carry.”
