• We will use the Chat as a way to provide official information
• In person equivalent would be paper attendee packets with meeting materials.
• We will use the Q&A feature as a way to seek the floor for nominations, motions, points.
• In person equivalent would be sergeants-at-arms regulating the microphones.
• We will use Raised Hand for seconding / credential votes.
• In person equivalent would be raising your credential.
• We will use Disqus for side bar, informal questions and discussion.
• In person equivalent would be whispering to the person next to you or going to the check in table with a question or comment.

We use Google Forms for balloted votes.

Every ballot will require you to enter your first and last name, along with the email you used to register for this meeting. Please try your best to make this information match your registration as closely as possible!

You will also need to enter your credential code that you used to register for the meeting. If you need help finding your code, please email credentials@kcdems.org.

You must also attest that you are who you say you are the PCO named in the ballot and eligible to vote.

Most people will not need these but we want everyone to know what they are and how to use them if needed. Each action has the potential to lengthen the meeting so please consider whether it is beneficial for the entire group before submitting it.
