- Be an African American High School Student Graduating during the 2023-2024 School Year
- Reside in the Bloomington-Normal Community
- Have a History of Academic Achievement with a Minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0
- Demonstrate Leadership Skills through Participation in Extracurricular Activities, Work Experiences and/or Community Service
