Future Prospects for Sustainability

  1. It’s only the first prototype. Need further prototyping at individual level after we are back home after the makeathon.
  2. But the need-knower studies in a remote SEN school and SEN teacher does not have a capacity to make the final products locally.
    • As temporary measure, we provided a brief Tinkercad introduction to our member SEN teachers.
  3. We feel that there are some external conditions to ensure the sustainability of our journey to deployment.
    • Accessibility to local production capacity like FabLabs.
    • SEN teachers work very closely with the other teachers of STEM subjects.
    • MoESD take the lead to ensure the SEN-STEM collaboration and increase the number of local production capacity.
