COVID-19 is exposure the unfair situation at society aspect, include traveling. Higher-income people are usually living in the city that comfortably to walk on and lots of communications can be use, low-income people neither.
1. Walkability:
4 Indicators of Urban Walkability:
The convenience of walking within short distances for daily activities.
2. Pedestrian Safety:
The physical protection of pedestrians from collisions with motor vehicles.
3. Walking Comfort:
Where the street is shaped as some kind of outdoor living room rather than a wide-open space.
4. Pedestrian interest:
The friendliness and uniqueness of the building facade along the sidewalk.
For a project to move forward, the following are required
(2) A detailed topographic map
(3) The neighborhoods surrounding the area
(4) A walking path map
(5) The buildings surrounding the area and their use.

&
03
serious imbalance between the ratio of vehicular roads and sidewalks, especially the use of scooters and parking demand seriously compress the walkable space.
04
The TOD urban environment planning should pay more attention to the elderly and other friendly sidewalk space, in order to shape the TOD area sidewalk convenience and low depth value of the type.
