Evaluation Overview

Participants

  • All of our participants were mountain bikers for 5+ years
  • Most of them were from Raleigh, one from Charlotte and Greensboro each
  • All of them had faced an injury at least once while MTBing

Experience

  • Generally positive feedback
  • The overall usage of the prototype was clear
  • Users fairly understood the possible functionality at first glance
  • Some had trouble and confusion in adding emergency contacts flow

Suggestions received

  • Automate SOS alert using phone’s accelerometer
  • Send suggestion to everyone nearby (enable with permission)
