How to Make Aam ka Galka

 Ingredients: 

Raw mango - 500 g (mid size)

Oil - 1 table spoon

Onion seeds - 1/2 tablespoon

Red chilli powder- 1/2 tablespoon

Fennel seeds - 1/2 tablespoon

Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tablespoon

Red dry Chili -1piece

Hing powder - 1 to 2 pinches

Salt - to taste

Sugar - 200 g

Water - 500 ml

Peel off the mangoes and cut them into four pieces ,take off the seed and wash thoroughly.

Now take a pan and put fennel seeds ,fenugreek seeds, onion seeds and red dry chili. Roast them for few mins till the smell of the spices starts coming out . now put them in the bowl.

Afterwards pour oil in the pan and add the hing and mango.�Now add salt ,sugar and red chili powder. Mix them nicely. Add water and stir till the water starts boiling .

Let it cook on low heat for 7-8 mintues.�keep it for cooling , your dish is ready to be served.��

How to Make Mango Shake�

Ingredients: 2 large Ripe mangoes (approx. 2 cups chopped mango) 1½ cups Milk 1½ tablespoons Sugar (or to taste) 2-3 Ice Cubes, optional

Wash, peel and chop mangoes into small pieces, discard stone. Transfer them to a blender jar.

Add milk, sugar (to taste or according to sweetness of mango) and ice-cubes.

Blend until smooth and creamy and there are no mango chunks in it. Pour prepared shake into serving glasses, garnish with almonds and scoop of ice cream and serve.
