GENE_A (accession GKSG000001.1) is the Sequence Annotation Group Mock Gene A. It is a protein coding gene with 2 associated transcripts. Transcript_A1 (accession GKST000091.1) which contains all the exons and Transcript_A2 (accession GKST000101.2) which is an alternate splice form that skips the middle exon. �
Exon start and end coordinates are given for genome build SA_human_v1 and the annotation source file is GKS-anno-hsapien-v1.gff�
