Dear Senior FFA Member: MAKE A COPY OF THIS FORM IN YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT

The goals of the Oconto Falls FFA Alumni Senior Scholarship program are to provide financial scholarships to deserving Oconto Falls FFA members and to recognize those members continuing their education following high school for their contributions to FFA and their accomplishments. The purpose of this application is to gather information the selection committee will use in making scholarship award decisions. Therefore, please be as specific, and thorough as possible in completing the application. It is preferred that the information be typed onto the form. Then save as another file name in your folder and print a copy to turn in to your adviser. Only members in good standing with the Oconto Falls FFA Chapter are eligible to apply. SPELLING AND GRAMMAR WILL BE CONSIDERED IN THE EVALUATION.

DUE: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 by 3:30 p.m. Please turn in the scholarship form and items to the advisor in a sealed envelope. Application format is important. Please keep your responses within the text box provided.

Scholarships and amounts are announced at the FFA banquet and the school scholarship awards program. Funds will be dispersed after the first semester of post-secondary education is complete; proof of total credits earned and re-enrollment submitted to the Oconto Falls FFA Alumni, Attn: FFA Adviser, 210 North Farm Road, Oconto Falls, WI 54154. Payment will be sent to you after verification has occurred.
