INTEGRITY

    • Follow your assigned schedule to avoid disrupting operations. Notify your supervisor 2 hours prior if you can't come in. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action or termination.
    • Don't make up lost hours on your day off; you won't be paid for those hours.
    • Overtime needs prior approval and is limited to 8 hours a day.
    • Tardiness is not tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
    • Power Outages - you should forward a ticket # of the outage or advisory to team lead. Especially for multiple outages in 1 day.
    • Additionally, you should have a backup internet source like mobile data
    • Using third-party apps to cheat the system, like auto-clicker or programs that simulate productivity while being away from the keyboard, is strictly prohibited. The system can detect such apps, and their use may result in termination.
    • Do not lie. Be accountable and act on it.

Ensure your out-of-office emails include the following details:

1. Dates out of the office.

2. Expected return date to work.

3. Coverage of duties during absence.

4. Mode of contact in case of emergency.

PAY DISCUSSION

    • IBI Healthcare pays virtual partners using a NET15 payment structure, meaning payment is received approximately 15 days after invoicing.

    • This is more convenient than the NET30 structure used by some U.S. companies.

    • NET15 provides predictable income, improved cash flow management, time to address discrepancies, and alignment with billing cycles.

Payment and invoicing schedule:

  • Work weeks are in Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4, Week 5, and Week 6.
  • Invoice is sent on Friday of Week 2 for Week 1 and Week 2, and on Friday of Week 4 for Week 3 and Week 4.
  • Payday for Week 1 and Week 2 is on Friday of Week 4 (may come earlier than expected).
  • Invoice is sent on Friday of Week 6 for Week 5 and Week 6.
  • Payday for Week 3 and Week 4 is on Friday of Week 6.

PAYMENT METHOD

    • Payment for services will be made through Payoneer, Moneygram, Western Union, Remitly or Bill.com depending on your location.

    • Remitly, Payoneer, Moneygram, and Western Union are for individuals in Nicaragua, while Bill.com is for those in other countries.

    • Payment information will be requested upon receipt of the first invoice.

    • For the other payment methods mentioned above, your bank account number is required. For Bill.com, however, we need your personal email, home address, phone number, bank account holder name, and SWIFT/Bank and Branch CODE.

IBI Healthcare Institute provides employees with paid time off (PTO). PTO may be used for vacation, sick time, or other personal matters.

PTO (Paid Time Off)

Eligibility:

All full-time regular employees are eligible to receive PTO after completing 90 days of employment.

For any planned time off, whether short or long period, employees must submit a request to their manager at least two (2) weeks in advance.

If an employee is unable to work due to illness or an emergency without prior notice, they must inform their supervisor at least two (2) hours before their shift.

In serious cases, emergency contacts may notify us on their behalf if the employee is unable to do so.
