Central coordination projects for accessibility:

Project 1: Develop a baseline checklist for reviewing accessibility documentation (i.e., ACRs/VPATs, accessibility statements, accessibility roadmaps).
Project 2: Curate accessibility information from content providers, especially for accessibility support (e.g., reporting platform issues, requesting remediated content, collecting provided accessibility documentation, etc.). Likely categories include content providers, accessibility documentation, accessibility support contacts (e.g., email, support case, Bookshare or other third-party remediation provider, etc.), and providers' high-level remediation workflows (e.g., limited to individual requests, integrated into resupply processes, etc.).
Project 3: Gather information to determine a collective accessibility status for Alliance members and inform next steps for Alliance consortial accessibility support and activities.

Central exploration of supportive spaces

Slido pilot test: used during the May DUX Community Call; will be using again during tomorrow’s censorship session; will review interaction levels and DUX Days evaluation responses to determine next steps for use of Slido or something similar
Leadership models: DUX groups used three different member-led leadership models this year; currently reviewing how those went, identifying areas of improvement, and determining if this is a direction we should continue for groups next year. Goal of this = balance member-driven group work with limited bandwidth for Alliance work due to local staffing and capacity constraints
