MPACT

MSD’S PRE-APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

For students interested in exploring a career in the Construction Trades:

Electrical, plumbing, residential and commercial construction, HVAC

MPACT will connect them to industry professionals, learn necessary skills to prepare them for the correct apprenticeship program upon graduation, OSHA-10 certification, and more

Students will visit job sites, receive help preparing for apprenticeship applications and interviews, and be job-ready by graduation!

We have many different career inventory tests on PFC website to guide them. The ASVAB assessment would also be a great tool to help guide them on their career path.

Medford School District partners with WorkSource Rogue Valley to connect students with local jobs and industries.

​

Student Services team can assist with resumes, applications and interview skills.
