You can follow the steps outlined on the next page of this document to check your membership status, including expiration date.
2. Will I receive proof of my membership payment after paying my annual fee?
Yes, you will receive an automatically generated email with the details of your membership and payment once the transaction is completed.
3. I can't pay through PayPal. Can I pay via Venmo?
Yes, you can. Please email team@catalansbayarea.com to receive the necessary details to complete your annual payment through Venmo.
3. Will I receive a notification before my annual membership expires?
Yes, you will receive an email reminder 10 days before your membership is set to expire. This is starting on October 9th, 2024
4. Why doesn't “el Casal” offer automatic renewals for annual memberships?
Automatic renewals involve additional financial and operational costs, which we are unable to support at this time.
5. Does “el Casal” offer “corporate” memberships?
We do not offer corporate memberships. Managing such memberships would be challenging and difficult to plan for, potentially leading to excessive sharing of a single membership. This could affect our funding, which is crucial for covering event costs and ensuring continued support for our programs.
