EMPATHY

When we immerse, observe, engage, seek insights into the user experience, we understand their needs. What work did you do to understand the user?

1- I have not learned anything new about the topic. I cannot identify a user with this problem.

DEFINE

When we identify a user and their needs, we can define the challenge. What is your challenge / how did you frame it? (Which sentence stem did you use?)

1- I did not identify a problem that relates to the topic being studied.

2- I identified a problem that I have that is related to the topic being studied.

3- I identified a problem that a user has, related to the topic being studied.

4- I identified several problems for several different users, related to the topic being studied and chose a problem to solve that was within my scope.

IDEATE

When you go for volume and brainstorm many ideas without imposing limitations, your ideas will lead you to several possible solutions that can be developed further. What were some of the ideas you and your team thought about?

1- I worked alone to come up with my idea

2- I came up with my own ideas on my team.

3- I came up with ideas with my teammates and we added to each other’s ideas.

4- My team came up with ideas together and I was able to help them work together to generate multiple innovative ideas.

PROTOTYPE

When we build to decide, show instead of tell, and demonstrate powerful ideas, our prototypes speak for themselves. How did you decide on the prototype you and your team made?

1-I did some brainstorming. Then I made the prototype I wanted to.

2-I used some of my ideas to build my prototype. Then I added additional ideas that were fun but did not solve the problem.

3-We built a prototype based on the ideas we came up with to help our user.

4- We built a prototype based on the ideas we came up with to help our user that they can really use.

FEEDBACK

When we gather feedback and data to iterate and improve our prototypes, we are keeping the user at the center of the solution. How did you incorporate feedback into your prototype? Moving forward, what additional changes might you make?

1- I did not get any feedback

2- Someone gave me some feedback and I listened to what they said.

3-We asked for others to give us feedback. We added a little of what they said to our prototype.

4-We asked others to give us feedback. We listened so we could learn better ways to create our prototype. We added many of the new ideas to our prototype so we could make it more innovative and feasible.
