AI for the Energy Transition – EIRES & EAISI & External Partners

Examples:

  • Project with 4 PhDs from EE and M&CS for a DSO with 4 integrated research tracks: synthetical data generation, AI-driven state estimation, stochastic modeling & reliability assessment, and grid-edge optimal solutions.�
  • Participate in project proposal together with DSO for AI Innovation Lab, enabling SMEs to develop innovative grid-stabilizing solutions based on Bayesian Inference.�
  • EIRES initiated project with SMEs for using AI to improve TU/e campus energy management.

  • AI/Data Science Startup from Eindhoven (not a TU/e spin-off) with as mission to contribute to the Energy Transition.�
  • Designing data-capture systems to gather data needed to enable predictive maintenance, using off-the-shelf optical sensors.�
