Two activities entries are required - Mission Codes 99B and 11
Mission Code Activity
99B. Time for prep and planning
Travel time to first PV
Travel home from last PV
Mileage for entire mission
11 Time from the beginning of the first PV � to the end of last PV.
Scroll down on the activity Entry screen and enter the total # of visits and locations
Under both entries add comment that time is for a Program Visit
Time entries for each mission code is the total time and is calculated by entering the start time and total time - the end of mission time is filled automatically.
