Take ideas that came out of the Affinity Group conversations and move into action-planning on collaborative projects/initiatives that will support and reinforce your redesigns and strategy implementations.
Exchange ideas on discipline-specific LMI available for use in curricular revisions.
Explore ways schools can collaborate on career pathways initiatives (e.g., shared courses, events, assignments; co- or guest-teaching, etc.)

Goal is to have a Proposed Plan for Implementation by February 2026 that might be incorporated into the Implementation Grant request to Ascendium (and possibly to other applicable funders). This plan should include costs associated with implementation.
Between now and May 2026, the Task Forces can implement foundational pieces of their work (e.g., surveys, educational sessions), as able.
