Credit Conversion Process
(Student Paid Benefit Types)
Student clicks “Add to Transcript” button from the dashboard
Warning if a student tries to convert a “C” grade
If the learner is under 18 years old, they will be prompted with a parental consent page before any payment is made.
The student’s final grade will show on this page.
Before a student can move on to payment, they are required to check the box agreeing that this grade cannot be changed.
The check-out page will open PayPal to process the transaction
After payment, the student is automatically directed to credit conversion.

Transcript Request Process

On the ULC Dashboard, learners can go to the “Course History” tab to view the list of courses that they have transcripted.
Clicking on “View Transcript” will link the learner to https://students.asu.edu/transcripts which details the difference between an official and unofficial transcript, including directions on how to access them.
To access transcripts, learners will first log in at my.asu.edu, then click the “Grades & Transcripts” button in the My Classes box.
Learners will click on “Transcripts & Test Scores”, then click either Unofficial or Official, depending on the need.
Under the Report Type, select Unofficial Transcript.
�Then click “View Report”
Note that you will want to make sure your browser is allowing pop ups (the report will open in a new window).

Learners will be directed to a website to indicate where the transcript it to be sent. Official transcripts cost $15 per transcript.

If a partner wants to request a learner’s transcript on their behalf, the learner needs to submit a “Third Party Consent” form.
A partner may decide to submit for one learner, or in bulk. Signed authorizations and a check or money order can be sent to:
