This is just an example of how the facilitators can organize the exercise. This example would allow simulation practice at the service site for 40 participants.

As a general rule, the number of members per team should not exceed the number of assigned sections per team x 2.

This assumes that we will have one respondent per questionnaire section and will take into consideration that we cannot assign one section to multiple data collectors and that team leaders also collect data. The assumption that we will have one respondent per questionnaire section does not apply to the availability and management sections (2 – 11), whereby some sections will have the same respondent. Ideally, to best organize teams, the CSPro and HHFA content facilitators should prepare this session together with the questionnaire in hand to ensure each team has the ideal number of members and that all team members have meaningful possibilities to practice.

It is for the CSPro and the HHFA content facilitators to decide how to assign the sections for simulation, and whether to assign more than one facility, depending on the number of participants.
