One to One Planner – GAINS WORKSHEET

The purpose of this workshop is to share from the Accomplishments from the GAINS WORKSHEET. This helps learn more about fellow referral partners. The more we know about each other, the stronger the relationships and we can refer more. Total time for workshop = 10 min.

  1. Partner with someone in the meeting. Each person set a timer for a total of 5-Minutes and share ONE Personal and ONE Professional Accomplishment. Swap focus to the other partner.
  2. During the “contribution portion” of the meeting each person can share 30 SECONDS ONE accomplishment they learned about their partner. Other participants please don’t interrupt, let them get through sharing. If you have questions, please set up a One-to-One. You can send them a chat and start planning that.
