Who is the module for?

  • The module is for student either on the DA or ASD stream
  • This module will have a broad rather than deep focus
    • Students will get to understand the wealth of different challenges and solutions
    • Students who wish to dig deeper can either do so with existing DA modules or through resources pointed to
  • This is NOT a Machine Learning course, though we will at times make use of methods powered by Machine Learning

Assessment

  • 70% CA
    • The CA will be based around a project which has a number of individual parts. Either individual submissions or pair based submissions will be allowed.
  • 30% Exam
    • A written examination designed to encourage students to make sure they are familiar and comfortable with the concepts covered in the course will also be included.
