Service Learning Opportunity�Lenape Valley Regional High School offers students the opportunity to earn 2.5 credits by completing community service.

Course Selection Process
Graduation Requirements
As established by Lenape Valley Regional High School Board of Education policy, students must:
-Earn at least 130 credits in order to be a candidate for graduation.
-Enroll in a minimum of 35 credits per year.
-Not exceed 40 credits per year.
Courses are Full Year Courses= 5 credits or Semester Courses= 2.5 credits
-Participation in athletics and clubs is a privilege earned through academic eligibility.

Course of Studies Guide
EXAMPLE
Freshman Seminar (Grade: 9) Semester Course 2½ Credits
Weight: College Prep
Prerequisite: None
This course is designed to help freshmen transition into high school life successfully. It provides them with new opportunities for academic enrichment and assistance, as well as the chance to improve on already learned skills. The following units of study will be covered: strategies that empower students to be more organized, more confident, and more successful in school; public speaking and communication; Google Apps for Education and the Media Center databases. This course counts towards the graduation requirement for 21st Century Life and Careers

The next stage of the scheduling process includes a virtual scheduling meeting with the high school guidance counselors. The middle school counselors will be scheduling these meetings! You will be attending the meeting at your school. You parents will also be provided information regarding the meeting time, date, and Google Meet link.
