• Facilitate Unloading & Loading of equipment

General Shift Volunteer:

• Help in short staffed areas
• Help cover for sickness
• Help cover busy areas
• Could do multiple jobs, run an errand, etc.

Volunteers can drop off coats, and get new Spectacular shirts, etc.

Then stop at the check-in desk to get your name tag, let the volunteer coordinators know you’re here and get any final instructions.

3: We need Ipads for admissions and cafeteria payments

Have an Ipad we can borrow? (iOS 15 or later)

Please include the charger, have the passcode turned off, and have the Square App installed.

�They will be locked into the Square app during Spectacular, so nobody will be going thru your stuff.

​

Label all pieces with your name, using masking tape or sticky notes.

​

There are a lot of Spectacular planning department chairs that need apprentices.

• Are you the parent of a Freshman or Sophomore in it for the long haul?
• Want to take on a bit more responsibility? Or a LOT more?
• Come talk to me, I need a shadow too!
