Our Process

Partnership

    • Work with the DAS Partnership Team to gain a better understanding of California State Registered Apprenticeship and gather the necessary program requirements.

Standards Development

    • Work with your DAS Program Consultant to draft Program Standards, submit for review, 30-day public posting, and DAS Chief’s approval.
    • If a program is interested in DOL Standards, they would submit standards through DOL prior to submission at DAS.

Program Management

    • The DAS Program Consultant will onboard the program, attend committee meetings as an advisor, work with programs on any standards revisions including new occupations, and address any other programs needs to help the program thrive and achieve sustainability.
