Project Challenge
Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing people often face challenges finding jobs due to inaccessible websites and limited training programs. Many employers are also unaware of the accommodations that can help. The WORKS Employment Services Dashboard provides access to job listings, training, and resources while supporting assistive technology. This pilot program is testing how this digital tool can make job searching easier and improve hiring outcomes.
