Early College Information

Textbooks / Materials

  • BHS will purchase the textbooks and will be “rented” to the students prior to the first day of instruction (or as soon as possible if it is not listed)

  • These textbooks remain the property of the high school and must be returned in good condition.

  • BHS will cover the student fees for Early College

  • Students can borrow a graphing calculator for a Math course.

Transportation

  • BHS will have a van during school hours to transport students to and from their college courses.

  • Students MUST communicate when they are not taking the van with the Coordinator.

  • Students must be to the van or meeting spot on time.

  • Students with a vehicle and driver’s license can complete paperwork to drive themselves to Palomar.

Any course picked outside of school hours (including summer) is not a part of Early College, therefore BHS will not be responsible for fees or transportation.
