Learn about the operations & culture of MAGFest, Inc.
Hear from org & event leadership about policy updates & new initiatives
Strengthen relationships with other staff, volunteers, employees, BoD
Collaborate on planning for upcoming events
Share & discuss ideas with like-minded (and occasionally diametrically opposed) people in our community

How do I MAGCon?

Get a nametag by the door–share your name, pronouns, and department(s)!
Coffee is in Annapolis 2-4 (right here!)

Snacks are in Annapolis 1, pls be discreet

Short break at 1:55pm (PRECISELY 😤)
Pizza will be in Annapolis 1 around 6pm

Come back here to eat
Again pls be discreet
Also pls don’t line up early even if you can smell the pizza 🤤🍕(sorry)

People can hang out either in these rooms or in our suites afterwards (3-176 and 3-178, we do not have outdoor space this time)

Masks are not required this MAGCon, but please be respectful of other people’s choices!

Please take side conversations to the hallway or another room during main sessions!

Saturday & Sunday Breakout Sessions

Breakouts are primarily here, Annapolis 1, and down the hall in Baltimore 1-5 (specific details listed in the schedule). Many can be joined virtually via the Meet links also listed on the schedule.

Breakouts will generally NOT be streamed or recorded. Be there or be square! Ask us in #magcon-questions if you have trouble finding a breakout.

We have more breakouts than we ever have before! Please be mindful of time, and be kind and considerate about sharing space. Help your facilitator with note-taking and repeating questions for remote participants if you are able.
