Tip: Record all 5 trials before changing the # of pennies to the egg
Directions:
Hold the bottom of the egg at 30 cm above the table top
Directions:
Drop the egg and let it fall onto the flour
Measuring
Use a ruler to measure the depth of the crater in cm!
Gently shake the flour after each trial so you start with a flat surface
You have 15 minutes to collect your data
Clean-up
Put all the pennies into the small cup in your orange tray
20 pennies total
Make sure your egg is empty
DO NOT leave pennies in the flour.
Clean flour off your table
Sweep the dry flour with a rag into the trash can
DO NOT get the towel wet!
