General Rules

You can earn rewards through the APS scheme by maintaining high attendance and achieving good grades across all modules in 3 consequent semesters.
To qualify, make sure you perform well in your first attempt and avoid any academic misconduct.
The top 5 eligible students in each cohort with the highest APS scores receive rewards.

2. ENGAGEMENT AWARDS

General Rules

Every term up to 10 students are awarded the Engagement Award.
The prize consists of a voucher, their photo and name on the campus notice boards, and a medal.
Each staff member is allowed to nominate only one student in one or a number of the following criteria:

Improvement in performance – Overcoming personal obstacles to display improved performance.
Engagement in activities outside compulsory sessions – Attended trainings, meetings, or social activities regularly.
Helping peers – Showing leadership by helping out peers with College tasks or speaking out for their concerns.

ENGAGEMENT AWARDS

If more than 10 students are nominated, a panel will shortlist the 10 winners based on the staffs’ statements for nominating their chosen student.
For example, a nomination with a statement like “Elena faced some personal difficulties this term, but she persevered and attended all sessions, while uplifting her peers with support and care” would have preference over a nomination with a statement like “Ionut did good work.”
The panel will consist of staff such as the Principal, VPs, Registrar, the HoDIT, or SEM.
Any managers or heads of department who submit a nomination will not be eligible to be on the panel.
