ERC House, Algorithmically

1. Pay a flat ETH fee (and gas) to whitelist your token on ERC House�
2. (If needed) Pay a flat ETH fee (and gas) to whitelist the desired payment token�
3. Create a listing of your token (payment token, amount to sell, price per token), storing the sell amount securely in ERC House Smart Contract�
4. Someone purchases all or part of your listing�
5. You receive payment directly to your wallet, with no further interaction!

The Competition

-Opensea is currently biggest NFT platform, uses Wyvern� -However, Wyvern is older, and so #1 gas guzzler on ETH��-Other exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, Kraken are too expensive for new projects��-Hard to crowdfund to put initial liquidity on AMMs like Uniswap, Sushiswap, PancakeSwap etc.

-(DONE) Listings of sells, can sort them in the UI

-Can also list buys - this would make the platform an exchange

-Charging listing fees, transaction fees

-Rewarding people for using the platform, by awarding them expiring LP tokens, which are earned to the top performers, based on particular metrics, and these allow for redemption of some percentage of the platform’s revenue. E.g. 25% of revenue set aside for lp token holders

-Auctions ��-Make a more gas-efficient fork of Wyvern, the platform running open sea. Already audited
