1. QUALITY ACTIVITY PLANNING FOR � FY 2025/26 AWP

• Do not miss common and necessary “Activities” among all HFs
• Describe Activities by Verbs such as ‘Conduct’, ‘Implement’, and ‘Purchase’ *Activities are actions
• Select right Sub-program and Outcome *Check what they are in the entry form

(2) FORTH-COMING “INVENTORY STOCK-OUT ALERTING TOOL”　(COMMODITY TOOL)

• Commodity tool for (a) Pharms, (b) Non-pharms, and (c) Lab items is to be operational by around mid-February 2025
• CHMT selects 2 pilot HFs from each Sub-county (10 in total)
• JICA-SAMACH would provide hands-on support for their operation
• The tool looks like the figures in the next slide

Feature is just like other online tools

It captures the movement of commodities when it comes and goes

Set Minimum stock (and Maximum)

Alert comes when there is a shortage below the Minimum

“Ledger sheet” (an image) which captures the movements and current stock status of all commodities

“Stock Information Sheet” (an image) for each HF.

Alert is notified by color and auto emailing to the responsible managers
