    • Fentanyl test strips + instructions
    • Narcan + instructions
    • CPR face mask
    • Connections to Peer Recovery Coach, local sterile syringe program

Ordering

  1. Manage orders → overdose response panel
  2. Nurse will see orders to offer a Recovery Coach and provide HOPE kit supplies and Education as completable tasks in the Narrator

3. Take Home Naloxone will be documented on the MAR with an Action of “ED Take Home MED”

4. The Naloxone will display as a Take Home medication on the AVS

Place patient information label on box prior to dispensing. This replaces the pharmacy label. There is no bar code to scan and medication will appear in the MAR as “hospital dispense”
