Character
Pete Rose- “This could be a big red sunset, a farewell party for one of the greatest characters baseball has known”-Los Angeles Times
Rose began to gamble on baseball games prohibiting him from participating the game any longer. At one point he was betting on his own team.
Engagement
The fan you see today is the not the fan you will see tomorrow. The Cincinnati Reds recognized an opportunity to improve the way they engage the community and their fans. The executive staff and members of the ownership group reached out to Hyperquake to capitalize on their history of engaging people on a meaningful level. The Reds has uniquely positioned itself to pay homage to the tradition of baseball and the roots it has in Cincinnati, while creating an engaging future with fans who won’t grow up with the same heritage and perspective like their parents and grandparents had.
Fans want more than just winning and good weather. They want entertainment, and above that, they want an authentic exciting experience and Cincinnati Reds have been quite successful in doing that.
