Sharing Links
Students need access to resources and tools on the web, but they don't necessarily know how to find the reliable resources or have the time to search for the perfect one. This is where the 21st century teacher comes into play... the teacher can set up a site where students can find links to all of the resources that they need.
Social Bookmarking Tools:
Social Bookmarking tools allow you to create an account and post bookmarks/favorites to different websites. You can categorize the links with tags. You can create lists of different links, and you can create a group to collaborate when sharing.
Website for Links:
There are a lot of different websites that can help you create a "home base" for links for your classroom. Portaportal is easy to set up and manage. Symbaloo is image based were the links are icons - great for primary.
