CREATE AN ACCOUNT

You will need to do this for each dancer

Complete the Account Set Up with DANCER details.

​

Enter Boulder Ballet in the Institutional Affiliation field and click the search icon. This will pull up a list where you can select Boulder Ballet and import the address details. Click Create Account when you are done.

Your account has been created, but you still need to Apply for Induction!

You will need to log in with the new username and password..

Once logged in, you will see a pop up to Update your Profile….

Click CANCEL

​

Then repeat steps the steps on Slides 3 - 6 to located Boulder Ballet chapters

On the next screen, you may need to scroll up to see the Membership Information field.

​

Enter Graduation Year for either their Middle School or High School and click Submit.

You have submitted your application for membership and your information will be in the list for the Boulder Ballet NHSDA Sponsors!

You can upload a copy of your point tracking and GPA if you have an electronic copy otherwise you can turn into Beth
