11x Return On Ad Spends

Client: LifeShapers, An online weight loss bootcamp.

Process: I understood the problem of not getting enough enrollments. After going through the ad account, majorly 3 things lead to this situation:

  • Ads were great, but the targeting was not explored enough
  • Ad account structure is not being followed resulting in not being able to read data for scaling ads

Objective: To get 400 enrollments for the webinar

Solution: Here is how we planned and executed the campaigns that resulted in ~11x returns in ad spent.

  • Changed the account structure and only kept 2 campaigns active.

  • Tested new audience for a longer time frame to see if there’s any traction or engagement on those target audience.

  • Remarketed to website visitors, add to cart and initiate checkout audience.

Results: After doing this exercise and constantly working on improvements for a month, we got 430 Enrollments in 31 Days.

Out of which 143 leads signed up for the bootcamp prices at Rs. 19,999.
