· Earn and Learn Program: Students can work any shift at UPS and be eligible for the Earn and Learn Education Program. Students attending IUS and working at UPS will qualify for $5,250 per year in tuition assistance with a $25,000 lifetime maximum! Eligibility begins the day you are hired and it applies to both Undergraduate and Graduate Programs! Book reimbursement funds are also available with this program!

· Metropolitan College: Through Metropolitan College, students can attend U of L or JCTC in Kentucky, and get 100% tuition paid by UPS! Students will work night shift at UPS Worldport and receive bonuses for good grades, $65 per class for book reimbursement, and get 100% of tuition provided.

Intern/Co-Ops: Internships at UPS last between 6 and 16 weeks. Co-Ops usually last from 16 weeks to 2 years. Most Co-Ops are rotating. For example, Engineering Co-Ops require 3 rotations (ex. Summer, fall, and spring). The pay for these are based on the number of college credit hours earned and are given 2 discretionary days per semester. Most positions are Monday – Friday working 40 Hours per week and are posted a semester in advance. Some internships and Co-Ops at UPS are posted both internally and externally, others are only posted internally. Individuals who are already employed at UPS will have more opportunities to engage with these programs.
