Components of the Personal Project

11 of 34

Imagine you were doing a Personal Project.

What would it be?

12 of 34

What Global Context would you explore?

The following global contexts direct learning and independent inquiry:

● Identities and relationships

● Orientation in space and time

● Personal and cultural expression

● Scientific and technical innovation

● Globalization and sustainability

● Fairness and development.

13 of 34

The Global Context should be the lense which helps students focus their product. It helps to relate the product to ‘the real world’ and it helps students realize the importance of their goal.
